PFS provides contract services to exceptional clients. The standard client relationship starts with the provision to us, by the client, of a 1.) Scope of Work (SOW) document along with a defined 2.) budget and 3.) delivery timeframe. All inquires are expected to have, at least, these 3 documents available for review.

PFS is a team of specialist engineers ( many of whom have worked togerher since 1978) and systems developers with over 90 years of cumulative experience. Team leaders developed the EARTHSTAR(TM) inflatable satellite system, the ion nano drive, the patented pulse engine and other industry leading firsts. Our team has over 30 patents between them. Staff have recently worked for US DOE, Guidant, GM, Loral, Cisco, Grumman and other industry leaders. Our project head won the “Scientists Helping America” commendation from DARPA.
