are not into hype. We are an R&D stage company. We hope to have our prototype completed this year, but we do not realistically expect to be in volume production until 2010 at the earliest. We

RE: Investing:
The SEC requires that all investors meet the following criteria, generally:
One must be a " qualified, credentialed, SEC-compliant investor". An "accredited investor"
includes someone with a net worth in excess of $1 million, or that has made $200,000 of income ($300,000 jointly if married) for the last 2 years and expects to make such amount this year. Overall, SEC requires that
the investing party is able to lose all of the money they invest without severe personal economic consequences. You could lose all of your money in a start-up venture. You could also make money on such a venture.
